We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Mania Brazil does not store credit card or bank account details on its servers.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded.

Orders are shipped from Brazil via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping & Payment Information page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Our Return & Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you agree to abide by the conditions described in our Return & Exchange Policy, including the 30-day window and eligibility requirements.

Mania Brazil reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.

If your order is lost by FedEx, DHL, or UPS and not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contato@maniabrasil.com.br. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements for lost packages will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date the investigation is opened, contingent on carrier confirmation of the loss.

All content on maniabrazil.globerr.shop — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product photos, and design — is the property of Mania Brazil or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.
